Enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email, message and selected products so the THESSA team can respond. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Viewing appointments

Booking collects your name, phone number or email address, selected time and any optional details so we can arrange your visit. Appointment records are saved in our Cloudflare database and are available to our staff.

Your basket

Your browser saves product references, options and quantities so your basket is available when you return. Contact details and messages are not saved in browser storage.

Services

Cloudflare hosts the website and enquiry records. Automated acknowledgements use Resend when email delivery is connected. Our viewing calendar reads available times from the same database that stores your booking.

Contact and requests

Use the Contact page linked in the footer to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.
